What on earth is Guacasalsa? 🥑🌶️

Think: smoother than guac, fresher than salsa.

This creamy, zesty green sauce blends avocado, lime, coriander and chilli into a pourable dream that’s perfect under steak (or on anything grilled).

🍳 One pan and a handwritten recipe! 📝

My mum (Shemin) started this from our family kitchen over 15 years ago. She was making fresh curry pastes by hand, packing them up at the table, and delivering them to local shops herself.

It was never meant to become a business—but word got out, and people kept coming back.

They’d say:
“I’ve never been able to make a curry like this at home until now.”
And that became our mission: to make it easy for anyone to cook proper Indian food without spending hours in the kitchen or using 20 different spices.

We’re still a small family business.
Still cooking everything in small batches.
Still obsessed with flavour.
