A fresh and fruity still rosé with soft strawberry and raspberry flavours, a gentle citrus lift and a clean, dry finish. Made from hand‑harvested grapes that are gently pressed at cool temperatures, the wine is fermented slowly to keep the flavours bright and fresh.
Unfiltered and unfined, it’s left naturally cloudy, giving it a soft texture and an easy, laid‑back style. Best enjoyed chilled, try it with grilled chicken salad, or pizza.
