We are devoted breeders of old and unusual "fancy" chickens. Not your standard mongrel egg layers but chickens with breeding and style. We keep little ones ,large ones, beautiful ones and ugly ones. Ones that lay lots of eggs and ones that lay few but grace their surroundings by their presence.

A few weeks late with this post 🫣🙄but better late than never !

What a great weekend we had at Lincoln Showground for The Poultry Club national with like minded poultry keepers/breeders especially all the crew from the The Brahma Club of Great Britain : it was great to meet up again ( LOTS to catch up on ) after a 5 year break and thanks to the club leaders for keeping the home fires burning : you do a fantastic job 🌈🫶

Congratulations to everyone who won 🏆 👌🫶🥳…. We were also really pleased to walk away with a few 🏵️ 🏆 😍

Thank you also to the Booted Bantam Society UK for making us so welcome into your club ( the chocolate tart was especially good !!) and for giving our Porcelain C**k an array of rosettes 🏵️

We look forward to meeting everyone again in 2025.

We are based in The Peak District Derbyshire and pride ourselves on our Specialist breed Brahmas : especially darks in large and bantam so if you’re passing by why not drop in and say ‘Hi’ .
