Farming you have to believe in the future. The planning always involves a long wait- for a crop to grow- for a cow to calve in.

We invest in our land and trust in the process whilst being subjected to so many variables totally out of our control…
Weather, milk and produce price set to us, global markets, disease did I mention the weather….

Any way today it rained a bit and milk prices maybe turning a corner …. Have we hung on long enough - and only by the skin or our teeth…. Let’s hope for another cut of silage this autumn 🍂

Stressy and depressy is a perfectly OK way to feel right now folks. Tis rough and uncertain for sure. BUT, if it’s any consolation, we’m in the sh*te together 💛 it’s only temporary, hard times don’t last forever.
