We'll be there from 11th–13th June, and with the weather looking absolutely beautiful, it's shaping up to be a fantastic few days. We can't wait to meet lots of lovely attendees, catch up with familiar faces, and serve plenty of ice cream along the way.

We're delighted to be working with Holborough Bakes, a community-focused business serving delicious homemade cakes, speciality coffee and, of course, our artisan ice cream from their beautiful coffee trike at Holborough Lakes.

What we love most about Holborough Bakes is that community sits at the heart of everything they do. They've created a welcoming space where people can meet, chat, relax and enjoy great food and drink together - something we're incredibly proud to be a part of.

Alongside their delicious homemade bakes, they proudly serve Kent-roasted speciality coffee and have made sustainability a key part of their business, from their electric-assisted trike to recyclable and compostable packaging wherever possible.

We’ve had a few comments recently about the colour of our Strawberry ice cream 🍓 - that it’s too pale or not quite pink enough.

But here’s the thing… our ice cream is made with real fruit and very minimal ingredients, so the colour naturally changes depending on the seasonality of the strawberries we’re using.

As we move into British strawberry season, we’ll soon have easier access to beautifully ripe local strawberries again 🙌 We do freeze and stock up on lots of fruit at the end of each summer, but towards the end of our own supply we sometimes have to source strawberries that aren’t in season or have been grown abroad to keep our Strawberry flavour available year-round.

It’s not our favourite thing to do, but it does mean you can still enjoy Strawberry ice cream whatever the season 🍦

Unlike many ice cream brands, we don’t add artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. So yes, our Strawberry might be a little more muted in colour… but it’s packed with all the natural goodness and real fruit flavour you’d expect from us ❤️
