Last Thursday we hosted a sold out Venetian themed charity supper event in collaboration with restaurateur Russell Norman. All profit from the ticket sales and bar will be going to 21 Together - a local charity close to our hearts. A lot of the ingredients were grown on our own land such as figs, onions, cherry tomatoes, garlic and several herbs and we used local suppliers such as The Goods Shed for local grown watercress and cob nuts as well as cod cheeks and focaccia to die for from local bakery Gary's Artisan Bakery . It was a lovely summer's evening, full of happy conversations, delicious food and new friends were made. Thank you everybody for supporting this good cause and thank you Russell for collaborating with us on this.

This has been a long time in the make and we are very excited about our next supper event..
Join us for a very special and magical Venetian four course supper evening in collaboration with chef, restaurateur & author to celebrate the end of our fifth glampsite season . All profit will be donated to a local charity 21 Together - a Children’s charity close to our hearts.
MENU

WELCOME DRINK
Aperol & Prosecco DOCG

CAPRESE SKEWERS
Cherry tomatoes and Basil from the garden with Italian Buffalo Mozzarella

TOMATO BRUCHETTA
Freshly baked Focaccia with Oregano and Garlic

RISI E BISI PASTA COURSE
Carnaroli Risotto, white onions, fresh peas, Parmesan and Vermouth. Lots of fresh mint

COD CHEEKS & SOFFRITTO, BITTER LEAF SALAD
Tangy lentils flavoured with Sage, Red Wine Vinegar and a little Salsa Verde
Radicchio, Treviso tardivo, Castelfranco, Puntarelle

TIRAMISU
A classic desert flavoured with strong coffee, dark rum, Marsala, Cocoa and Mascarpone

Prices are £48 pp and include a welcome drink.

Russell will be using lots of ingredients produced on our own land.

The final few tickets are left for a delicious 4 course 🍽 feast at £36 per person all prepared by the The Salt Box for our 5 September supper club. Sales closes this coming Sunday eve so don’t miss out. It’s going to be a great eve as we are also celebrating the end of another fab glamping season so we are feeling extra festive.
