Bare Bazaar

I interrupt this silence now that we have stopped trading, to tell you about this amazing new social enterprise in our town centre!

SE Kitchen is open to everyone, selling surplus food at affordable prices, every penny goes back in to making it bigger and better. If you miss my community fridge (I know I do!) then it's a great alternative. It reduces food waste, saves you some money and goes back in to our community - a no-brainer!

I haven't posted anything on this page in quite some time, but this is to say Bare Bazaar is now finally done done....Companies House says so!

Thanks for the memories, and your custom over our six years of trading!

I've been working for a local charity, Food Friends for the last 18 months, and thoroughly enjoying it, so I am keeping it foodie! If you're interested in volunteering then our FAQs can be found at the link below!

I have made the decision to deactivate my website, however, some stock still remains, so will be posting periodically as and when I have the time! For now:

I have two tea tins as pictured, both have labels stuck on. Beer bottle pictured for scale. £5 each
Antique Scales - lovely decor, I think one of the tiniest weights is missing. £10

13/08/2024

I have decided to keep an area in Made in Ashford til the end of August to help to clear some of my remaining stock, so do pop in and grab what you need, most items are marked down for quick sale. Alternatively you can find the remaining items on the website, www.barebazaar.co.uk, use code FINALCOUNTDOWN for 30% off!

23/07/2024

Stock continues to deplete as we work towards closing our doors. We still have muesli base, chickpeas, mixed nuts, milk choc drops, butter beans and kidney beans, bicarbonate of soda, and citric acid, all in 1kg bags. In addition, 2x5l handwash (unscented) and 5l fabric conditioner (unscented) need a home, amongst the other small household items.

At the end of the month, my little display will be leaving and I close BB completely. Grab it while you can!

27/06/2024

The destashing continues, and is going well, but I still have a bunch of these 2.5L body washes remaining in all of these scents, £18 each. Have a look and see if anything else takes your fancy!

I am still placing the odd order for customers who wish to stock up on their favourites, so if you don't see what you need, ask anyway, I may be able to get it for you still.

I also have my space in Made in Ashford until the end of July, so you can pop in there if you prefer buying in person!

19/06/2024

I've been working on updating the website to reflect I have in stock and can still easily get.

If you want anything over the next few weeks that you don't see online, let me know and I will see if I can still get my hands on it for you!

Check out to help out!
