We absolutely love seeing what our customers do with our meat - and this whole brisket has been smoked to absolute perfection 👌🔥

A huge thank you to our customer for sending us the photo and for the brilliant review. It’s great to see our beef being taken home and turned into something special.

‘’Hello, I came in and got the Briskets from you. Here are a few pictures of it, I seasoned with a salt/pepper/garlic mix and smoked it between 225-250 Fahrenheit. It took around 9 hours and came out beautiful.

It fed 6 of us, probably would feed a few more but I had way more than I should have.
I’ll be cooking the other one in a few weeks, once I have more briquettes.The meat is superb and more people need to know about it’’

Starting this Saturday, our farm shop will be open every Saturday from 8:30am–1:00pm!

If you’ve struggled to visit us during the week, this is the perfect opportunity to pop in and stock up on our home-reared meats, fresh local produce, and all your farm shop favourites.
