Creative events company, wedding caterer, contract caterer & private parties. Welcome! Let’s talk about food! Posts are from all the team.

Whether you have a cookery question, want to share a great recipe or find out where’s good to eat in Surrey, UK, you’ve come to the right place. Four Gables Food Community is run by a culinary team based at Four Gables Food Academy, our cookery school located in leafy Ashtead, Surrey and led by chef patron David Gillott (he’s very approachable so don’t be shy of asking him your questions via the cookery forum). We like to get out and about attending food festivals, markets and events, and so we chat to a lot of lovely people – mainly about our favourite subject: food. Posts from David are signed -DG
