Dear Burger Connoisseurs.

This isn’t an easy one to write, but after a lot of thought, we’ve decided to put Grill Smoke on the back burner for a while — at least for the rest of 2025. 😔

With other commitments taking up more of our time, it’s just not possible to give Grill Smoke BBQ the love and dedication needed to serve up the premium quality homemade food we strive to provide. We’re gutted, but hopeful that when the time is right, we’ll fire up the grill again and get back to doing what we love.

A massive thank you to everyone who’s supported us at past Stalybridge Street Fest events, beer garden parties and private gatherings — it truly means the world. We’re not saying goodbye forever, just… see you soon. ❤️

Cheers to everyone who came and saw us at Stalybridge Street Fest last night for our last BBQ of the year, it was a busy one!
We know our customers don't mind a bit of wait for a freshly cooked 6oz beef burger but apologies for the longer than usual wait last night, the generator packed in about an hour into service and it took them a while before they got it going again so that backed us up a bit. Took a while to catch up after that but we got to the end of the queue eventually! We're going to enjoy a hard earned break over the winter and hopefully see you all next year, most probably with a few new treats on the menu! 🐮🔥🍔🤠

Charring the red onions and peppers is an optional step but it definitely adds to the flavour. It's the little details that make the difference.👌

We've tweaked the recipe for our hot sauce since the last time we were at Street Fest and added Carolina Reapers to it!!🌶🌶
