🙏Hi all 🙏 Hello everyone,
This week, our Thai food trailer will be open from Wednesday through Saturday but will be closed this Sunday for maintenance. As many of you know, Kob and I are retiring in October. When the business reopens on Wednesday, September 2nd, Dee will be helping Kob at the trailer throughout September—a transition period—after which Dee and her partner, Kev, will run the business on their own. Most of the menu will remain the same, though they will be adding some of their own dishes (their salt and pepper fries are delicious). Kev is a fully qualified chef, and Dee is a skilled Thai cook—just like Kob. I would like to ask all our customers to continue supporting our small business as you have supported us; you certainly won't be disappointed.
Kob and I would like to thank everyone for your support over the past five years; it has been a pleasure serving you. Operating hours may change in October, and we will let you know in advance. Dee is also happy to take requests for Thai dishes not on the standard menu—just ask her, and she can make them for you. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Kev and Dee the best of luck and happiness in their new venture.
KTF has been wonderful for us, and I am confident it will be great for you, too.

Hello everyone! This week we have several special menu items. Last week, we apologize to customers who ordered Thai kale but didn't receive it. This time, we've ordered it! And the dish that customers requested us to make again is grilled chicken marinated with herbs.Authentic Thai food, served with our signature Jaew dipping sauce. Customers love it, and we make it happen because our customers are important to us. We use only Thai basil and Thai holy basil. We want our customers to experience the true taste of Thailand.
