My calendar says that tomorrow (Friday) is INTERNATIONAL BURGER DAY! 🍔

It might not be Christmas or New Year, but i think thats definitely a reason to celebrate.

So we have come up with these meaty little numbers. An 8oz beef patty, filled with peppercorn sauce, topped with a mushroom duxelles and sautéed mushrooms.

Whack it in a bun. No harm done. 🔥

Handmade lamb kofta cups, loaded with whipped harissa feta and finished with sweet roasted peppers.

Herby, spicy, creamy, lamby goodness — and they look bloody lovely in the counter too.

Chuck them in the oven, serve with a Greek salad, flatbreads and maybe a cold beer. 👌
