We're looking for an Operations Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and financial control.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with operational teams and senior management, helping drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making across the business.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily and weekly KPI reporting
• Analyse business performance and identify trends
• Support weekly and monthly financial reporting
• Manage stock reporting and investigate variances
• Oversee accruals, prepayments, and overhead reporting
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Deputise for the Head of Finance when required

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

We’re currently looking for Warehouse Operators / Despatch Operatives to join the team at Banham Poultry, part of the Boparan Group and one of Norfolk’s key employers.

This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking steady hours, weekly pay, and a supportive working environment within a busy, fast-paced operation.

📦 PAY RATE: £13.00 per hour
📍 LOCATION: Attleborough

🕒 SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

4 on / 4 off | 6:00am – 6:00pm
Monday to Friday 6:00pm – 3:00am

🚗 Own transport required

💼 ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll play an important part in the despatch operation, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, scanned, and loaded while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking, scanning, palletising and loading products
Checking labels, dates, and product accuracy
Loading trailers in correct sequence
Maintaining stock rotation and temperature control
Following hygiene, GMP, food safety and HSE procedures
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and well organised

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience in warehouse or production environments (preferred)
Reliable and punctual approach to work
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Flexibility to support operational needs

🎓 FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:

Food Safety Level 2
Health & Safety Level 1
Forklift & Electric Pallet Truck training
Temperature Control & Environmental Awareness

🕒 Monday to Friday
PM Shift: 16:45 – 02:15

✅ Duties: Monitor production lines, verify processes, conduct quality checks (metal detection, X-ray, MAP, weight, labels), support QA & production, ensure compliance with food safety & legal standards
🎯 Requirements: Experience in food production, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, positive team player

3️⃣ Production Operative – Days & Lates -💷 £13.00/hour

💼 Day shift 7:15–16:45 or Night shift 16:45–02:15
