'Allo 'allo, mes amis! Zis Sunday 30th Aug, from midi (zat is 12pm for you), we will 'ave ze visit of more zan 50 classique Citroën cars — magnifique, non?! Please, you must pop along and take ze look, eet will be très bon for your eyes.

Ze cider barn, she will be open for only a leetle while (midi until 2pm), so you can enjoy a cold beverage while you admire zese beautiful French works of art. Oui oui, cars zat are also art — only in France, non?

Do not be late, or I weep like Édith Piaf. See you zere! 🥐🚗

Ad Astra Quiz Night is BACK

3rd September. Doors open at 6pm Quiz starts at 7pm.
Entry fee is £5 per person and teams up to 6 people. This month all the money raised will be supporting the Mid Somerset Royal Air Force Association.

Haverslice will be here selling amazing Pizza.

A Big THANK YOU to everyone who supports the Ad Astra Quiz each month. Not only is it great fun to host, but we all do amazing things for local charities and good causes. Last month was in aid of The Wedmore Friends of Weston Hospicecare.

The next quiz is on the 3rd September and is in support of the Mid Somerset Royal Air Force Association.

It is with your generosity that we have raised over £30,000.00 over the past 4 years for local charities and good causes.

So a big thank you to all our customers and supporters

A special mention has to go to our great friends Haverslice who not only make THE BEST pizzas during our quiz nights, but who have individually donated over £3000 pounds!!! Every month they donate £50 to the good cause that we are supporting. Thank you Haverslice

Hi All
Me and a group of friends are taking on the Macmillan Darts Marathon on the 11th September.

I know so many people, friends old and new as well as close family members who have been affected by cancer. My step father died of thyroid cancer a few years ago and the Macmillian nurses were absolute superstars for him and for us.

It would be great if you could support us in this fundraising event. Any amount would be really gratefully received. Even just a message of support or a share of the post will help!
