It’s Organic September! 🌱
Even though summer might be drawing to a close, our gardens at River Cottage are still overflowing with delicious organic produce – from these incredible lettuces to trees laden with apples and plums 🍎
Organic growing is at the heart of everything we do here. It’s how we grow all our produce, how we raise our livestock, and it shapes the food we cook and the skills we teach.
For us, it’s about looking after the soil, supporting nature and growing food in a way that can be sustained for generations to come – with the added bonus that, quite simply, it tastes better too.
Throughout September, we’ll be sharing more from the farm, garden, and our growing range of organic products as we celebrate all things organic. 🌿
