Gluten & Dairy free Macaroni cheese. I do it slightly differently & use creamy as well as with Free From Macaroni. This 8s th8cken with cornflour, but is fine with rice flour or arrowroot. Sorry there are several videos, but I hope this helps.

Free From Yorkshire Puddings. Makes 5 to 6
1 x XL egg (aprox 65g in shell)
50g Corn flour
50ml of milk of choice. I used coconut milk drink.

Whisk the egg & milk of choice together. Sift in the cornflour & whisk until smooth.
IMPORTANT. Now leave the mixture in the fridge, covered, to rest for at least 2 hours in not over night.

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees C with the oiled Yorkshire pudding tin/s in. Take out the Yorkshire Pudding Batter from the fridge & leave at room temperature until the oven is heated & the oil is smoking.
DO NOT PUT INTO A COLD OVEN.

Take out the Yorkshire pudding tins, reduce the oven temperature to 220 degrees C. Shut the oven door as quickly as possible.

Using a ladel pour equal amounts of Yorkshire pudding batter into each. Rerurn to the oven at 220 degrees C for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temp to 200 degrees C for a further 10 minutes.

If you look at the pictures the smaller of the 2 is what happens when you don't rest the mix.

Toby Carvery Exeter. Highly recommend it. Both myself & a friend can't have buckwheat, gluten & dairy & myself no soya.

I booked in advance & said about our allergies. The server was fantastic, making sure we read the allergens on an ipad & were able to isolate what we could eat.

We choose & it was delivered to our table, gravy in seperate jugs. We both felt really safe & looked after & not judged for having food allergies. 5* recomendation. Great portions too.

Vegan Nut & Fat Free Pesto sauce



25g lightly toasted sunflower seeds - shelled

1 clove garlic

50g Fresh Basil

3 tbsp vegan parmesan

1 GF Vegetable Stock Cube

5 tbsp Boiling Water



Put the stock cube into the boiling water & dissolve. Then add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth. Serve on pasta. This can serve 6.
