We recently attended site at Alamiyah School to carry out a comprehensive range of Legionella control and water hygiene services. We recently attended a site in Kings Langley to safely drain down, remove, and later reinstate a calorifier to allow essential remedial works to take place.

Due to rotting structural boarding beneath the unit, the calorifier required full removal so the base could be replaced and made safe.

Once the new platform was installed, our engineers returned to:
✅ Refit and position the calorifier securely
✅ Reconnect and commission the unit
✅ Modify associated pipework to accommodate the new installation height and layout
✅ Ensure the system was fully operational and leak-free

This approach ensures both the integrity of the plant room structure and the reliable performance of the hot water system going forward.
