If you can’t quite wait for Asparagus this Anna Jones recipe works really well with komatsuna stalks & the leaves in place of the spinach, once we get to them fresh broad beans work amazingly instead of frozen peas
We eat more greens than anyone else we’ve ever met so had 4 bunches of komatsuna in here tonight but 2 would work
Especially if you halved the recipe which serves two ravenous farmers dinner & tomorrows lunch

Venison sausage toad in the hole, cauliflower cheese, mashed carrot & swede, mixed greens just sautéed in butter, roast potatoes & parsnips & mushroom gravy
