Here at Pitchcott, our mission is to create a rural space where land, food and community come together in support of wellbeing and connection. And it's is in that spirit, as we approach the one year anniversary of Pitchcott Kitchen, that we are having a party! Come and celebrate summer with us at the inaugural Pitchcott Festival - a vibrant mix of live music, DJs and delicious food amongst the backdrop of our beautiful farm in Buckinghamshire.

Table for 4? Follow me this way. We have some luscious lunchtime specials today. Chalkstream trout & burnt leek quiche, with Bucksum salad. Cauliflower, beetroot, asparagus and halloumi salad, with mustard miso dressing. Need I go on?

Exceptionally tasty food alert! Tasty, healthy, local. Our new chef Aisha has produced this beautiful roasted red pepper, spring veg and salsa vede tart. And this weekend we’ve managed to get hold of the most luscious-looking rhubarb from local market garden Bucksum. We’ve added it to the coulis in our granola bowl. And Head Chef Hazle has made some banging pies - it’s a secret recipe but without giving too much away they are a delicious-tasting steak & mushroom. So many reasons to come and see us for your weekend brunch this weekend

Here’s our new menu. Summer’s coming and the quiche is back. This time it’s a Chef Hazle special and it tastes sensational. Also new is the Haloumi and Red Pepper Bap, a delicious alternative to to the equally yummy bacon or sausage version. We have the best baps in Buckinghamshire 😀

We have ourselves a very busy little cafe. We’ve been blown away by the demand of the past few weeks. Our team are working very hard in response and we are always adapting our systems and seeing what we can do better. As well as our delicious cakes, which we bake on site in our kitchen, we now have some savoury ‘light bite’ options. And from this weekend, we have a new menu.

We have improved many of our old favourites. We are working with our suppliers to provide the very best local produce. We are serving freshly baked crusty rolls with sausages and bacon from Parrotts butchers, and we have the most deliciously herby salad from local market garden Bucksum. We have a brunch menu from 10 till 2, with Specials available from 12pm. The improvements in our menu do mean that regrettably we have had to increase the price of some of our food options. We have increasing costs from our suppliers as well as our overheads. We hope our customers recognise the value not only of our premium locally-sourced food, but also the beautiful natural setting within which it is consumed and enjoyed.

A heartfelt thank you to all of our customers who are supporting us on this journey by sharing their end-of-the-week days with us, as we move towards what are exciting spring and summer months ahead.
