بچگی‌های من با عطر بی‌نظیر نان بربری داغ و تازه‌ای که پدرم صبح‌های زود از نانوایی محل می‌خرید گره خورده است. 🥰

بربری سنتی ایرانی با آن ظاهر برشته و کرانچی و بافت پفکی و پنبه‌ای داخلش، پادشاه میز صبحانه‌ است! جالب اینجاست که برای پختنش در خانه به هیچ ابزار خاصی نیاز ندارید؛ فقط چند قلم مواد ساده و یک کاسه بزرگ کافی است.

An absolute dream of a day! I invited my Scottish friends over to try a few of my favorite traditional Iranian dishes.
