That’s the last of the pork back from our two boar pigs that went in, 189kg of pigs went in and 132kg of sausage 15kg of ribs came back, they always say there’s not much waste in pigs. Everything but the oink 🐷 thank you to our amazing butchers D & A Gregory & Sons

This week we sent our final boars of the 2025 litter to our fantastic butchers and A Gregory Butchers Ltd, as they are boars some don’t like them as cured bacon/hams so we have opted to make some amazing sausages and ribs 😋 the first batch has come in today with Lincolnshire, pork and some rather delicious Smokey sausages with the rest on its way. It’s an amazing feeling to know that what we are producing and eating has been looked after, cared for and finally prepared to a top level quality. 🐷
