It’s been a while!!! I’ve seemingly lost access to the IG account for now…. So here is where it’s at !!! I’m pretty sure Jin llechen Las / Blue slate gin is 10 this year!!!! And in an exciting coincidence we may be the first Welsh gin to reach the South Pole , courtesy of explorer friend Lucy 🙌🙌❤️. What a way to celebrate!!!!

Day 3 at my pop up gin bar at . Last day, and here till 9 for all your tasting, G&T sipping, gin buying needs - you can even bring your empty bottle in for a £37 refill if you are local…… or there are always cans to take home. It’s been a blast, and great meeting you all 🙌❤️

THIS is small batch gin! ( I saw a reel this morning of a ‘small batch’ factory production line which made me laugh 😆). Picked and used within the hour…. It’s why our gin tastes so fresh. Thanks to a secret gardener a few minutes walk from the distillery this morning 🙌. Using only ingredients that can thrive here in Eryri / Snowdonia. Stills are ON!
