We're delighted to welcome Slow Sauce to the Bonnie Banks for the very first time at this weekend's Loch Lomond Food & Drink Festival! 🎉

Based in Banchory, Aberdeenshire, Slow Sauce is Scotland's FIRST Miso & Shoyu brewery, creating traditionally fermented Japanese-style miso and shoyu using time-honoured methods – but with ingredients grown right here in the UK. 🌾

Think deep, rich umami flavours, traditional fermentation and a Scottish twist on centuries-old Japanese techniques. If you love experimenting in the kitchen – or you're simply curious to discover something a little different – this is definitely a stall to seek out!

Come along, meet the team, learn how their products are made, and take home something delicious to transform your own cooking. 😋

Come along, browse your favourite traders, pick up some delicious treats, grab some street food and enjoy a Sunday by the bonnie banks. 🌊☀️
And don’t forget… next weekend, 5th & 6th September, it’s our BIG two-day Loch Lomond Food & Drink Festival! 🍴🥂🎉
After the festival, our regular Sunday Markets return to their usual twice-monthly schedule, on the first and third Sunday of every month for the rest of the year.

💚 FOOD, DRINK… AND SOME VERY WORTHY CAUSES! 💚

Our Loch Lomond Food & Drink Festival isn’t just about eating your way around the Bonnie Banks...although we highly recommend that part! 😋 We’re also delighted to support some fantastic charities and organisations over the weekend.

Joining us on 5th & 6th September will be:
🐦 RSPB – championing the protection of birds, wildlife and the places they call home.
🦌 Scottish Wildlife Trust – helping protect Scotland’s wildlife and natural environment.
🌳 The Woodland Trust – caring for and protecting our precious woods and trees.
🎀 Unique Fundraising – joining us in support of Breast Cancer fundraising.
