We sell wholesale boxed meat directly to the customer so they can be assured of the quality and welfare of their meat!

💥Highland Beef is different to other beef!💥

🐂Highlanders are an old traditional breed, so they're small and slow growing! 🐂

🥩This means that the fat is evenly distributed throughout the meat resulting in well 'marbled' beef!🍔

🐂The signature shaggy coat of the Highlanders means the animal is well insulated and keeps warm, without storing excess fat!

So the meat is lower in fat and cholesterol, while higher in protein and iron than other beef on the market!
