Terry is taking part in the Belfast Marathon in support of our company’s nominated charity this year, NI Chest Heart and Stroke.

We’re wishing him all the very best for the big day — all those miles of training are about to pay off!

Any donations would be hugely appreciated to support this fantastic cause. And Terry… we hope the feet aren’t too sore after all that training! 👟

A great day at FCR!

Today we recognised Cal with our Employee of the Year award and celebrated achieving BRC AA accreditation with a team pizza lunch.

We’re extremely proud of the commitment and hard work our team puts in every day — results like this are a true reflection of that effort. Well done, everyone!

After my stroke back in January, myself and the team at FCR wanted to do something meaningful to support Chest, Heart & Stroke. I know firsthand the incredible work they do. The care and support I received from the stroke team in the Western Trust was outstanding.

Today, we’re proud to launch our charity partnership with Chest, Heart & Stroke and help raise awareness of the vital work they carry out every day.

In my case, high blood pressure was the cause. If there’s one thing I can encourage today, it’s this: please get your blood pressure checked. It’s quick, simple and it might make all the difference.
