Responsibility and accountability has been taken. No further action needed. It’s a shame that we were put into a position where we had to respond and defend ourselves.

It appears to be a genuine mistake. Nevertheless a mistake such as this would be very very damaging to a business had we not responded quickly or if rumour had begun to spread.

Lessons to be learned. No harm no foul.

Dear all customers

It has come to our attention that a malicious Facebook post or two has been put up in an attempt to destroy a local business’ reputation and livelihood.

We have served the harryville community for the last 7 years and we are a small family business who keep ourselves to ourselves.

But once in a while you will get people who want to tarnish an establishment’s reputation either through slander or misinformed rumour due to jealousy or whatever motivation.

I wish to clarify that whoever is circulating this rumour about us that there is nobody called Joe who works In the harmony house and never has been.

Any further rumour or speculation of such malicious accusations will be forwarded to authorities where they can deal with the original poster regarding said slander.

We have families to feed and customers to serve.

The court of public opinion can judge themselves.
