Busy week for Team Norbev! 👏

Last week, members of the Norbev team attended both the Northern Ireland Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference and the 40th Anniversary Celebration of Ballymena NI Hospice Support Group.

The conference provided valuable insights into lean practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing sector, while the Ballymena NI Hospice Support Group event gave us the opportunity to show our support for the incredible work the charity does in providing care and support to individuals and families in the local area.

We're proud to invest in learning, industry collaboration, and supporting causes that make a real difference in our communities 💙

🔦Employee Spotlight: Marius Rotaru

Throughout his 10 years at Norbev, Marius has mastered many different machines across our three production lines, continually developing his skills and progressing his career within production.

Marius was also one of our employees who had the opportunity to travel to France for specialist training with Sidel. This experience helped expand his skills and knowledge, enabling him to support the operation of our new filler-blower combi.

Thank you, Marius, for all your hard work and dedication over the years. We are lucky to have you as part of the team!
