Still no fryer. Hoping to have a solution by the weekend.

I can’t get any scallops until Friday so there’s no scallops available today or tomorrow.

The bad news is my main fryer is in bits awaiting repair and the reserve fryer failed last night so there is no fried food of any sort for the foreseeable future.
