Sunny Sundays 👌🏼

At Fortview Dairy between Banbridge and Loughbrickland we farm Jersey Cows. Whilst they are smaller than your average cow, and produce less, they certainly punch above their weight when it comes to the milk quality. Producing the highest quality of any dairy breed.

The higher butterfat gives their milk its rich, creamy taste and is full of energy. Their milk is also packed with protein, which is great for ensuring the healthy development of muscles, bones and organs.

Good things come in small packages, no wonder they are nicknamed the Golden Cows.

At this time of year our girls are outside day and night enjoying the sun on their backs and feasting on the luscious green grass that Northern Ireland is renowned for.
