My Shahi Tofu Jalfrezi takes only 20 Minutes to make! It is prepared in a delicious creamy sauce made from fresh cashew nuts. Cashew nuts are what make a curry royal, luxurious giving it a gorgeous creamy flavour fit for a king but without the calories - yayy! I promise after you cook and devour these curries the ones you get in the restaurants will never measure up. Checkout the recipe in the first comment on my page😄

My delicious sweetcorn curry is Mughlai style, making it fit for a king! It is full of amazing flavours yet so incredibly easy to make. It has been slow cooked to perfection to give it those fine flavours that you might expect to find in a royal Indian palace. This one is for those special occasions when you really want to treat yourself and loved ones.😊

Todays delicious meal is Ma Po Tofu with vegetables and sticky rice. It basically means grandmas tofu in chinese. As we all know dishes cooked by grandma are extra delicious in flavour and morish, due to her years of experience. This dish has the most beautiful savoury Spicey bean sauce. The best part is it took only 20 minutes to make! I marinated and airfried my tofu making it healthy using minimal oil. The flavours are simply amazing. Definitely worth a try!😊
