Good Afternoon, today I made a delicious vegan soya chilli non carne in only 15 minutes. Such a versatile dish it can be eaten in a taco, fajita or burrito. It can also bd had with rice or as a filling in a delicious jacket potato topped with grated vegan cheese. It can be toasted in a quesadilla with vegan cheese too. Just one dish that can be eaten in so many different ways! Definitely worth a go!😊

My Airfried Extra Crispy brocolli, tomato and spring onion fritters are just out of this world crispy and crunchy. A great innovative way to use leftover tomatoes. Taking only 15 minutes to make too!

My Airfried Crispy Vegan potato Tots only take 20 minutes to make. They are great with hot pepper sauce. They can be eaten for tea or as part of a delicious vegan breakfast with my scrambled tofu and guacamole:)

My Vegan Panfried Dumpling taste simply amazing! Better than any restaurant and the best part is I made them from scratch so know everything that went into them. Checkout this delicious recipe. Definitely worth a go especially if you are craving delicious chinese dumplings as I definitely do from time to time. A recipe that is great if you are having people over for dinner as a starter. It can be panfried quickly just before serving and is excellent for freezing and storing too:)
