🎉 Volunteer Opportunity at Bake and Shake Bargoed! 🍰🍦

Are you looking to gain real hands-on experience in a fun, fast-paced dessert environment? Fancy learning how to make delicious waffles, milkshakes, and sundaes while building your customer service and teamwork skills? This is your chance!

We’re offering a VOLUNTEER ROLE at Bake and Shake – perfect for anyone looking to boost their confidence, gain retail/catering experience, or simply try something new in a welcoming, family-friendly setting.

🕒 Available Shifts:
4 hours a day – choose any day of the week (we’re opening 7 days soon!)
We’ll work with your availability.

💡 What You’ll Gain:
✅ Experience in food preparation and hygiene
✅ Front-of-house customer service skills
✅ Confidence working with a team
✅ Insight into how a busy dessert shop runs
✅ A supportive environment to learn and grow

📢 And here’s the best part:
When we have paid job opportunities, we’ll look first to our volunteers– meaning this could be your foot in the door for future employment with us!
