🍕 A little post about gluten-free pizzas
We get asked quite often if we can offer gluten-free pizzas, and the honest answer is: no, we can't do it safely.
We work with fresh pizza dough during every service which always includes flour. Flour in the mixer, on the sides, in the air, on our peels and even in the ovens. Flour literally gets everywhere. We could use a gluten free base but the risk of cross contamination remains extremely high and likely. For that reason, we don't offer this.
So to be really clear:
❌ We are not gluten-free
❌ We are not suitable for coeliacs
❌ We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination
I would always rather be upfront than say yes to something we can’t safely deliver. 🍕
