Here at Springfield, we’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this summer. From the flower fields to the live music nights, we’ve loved welcoming you and sharing our incredible views with you all.

As the summer comes to a close, we’re taking a little break to enjoy some family time before we welcome you back soon. Keep an eye out because we’ve got some exciting things in the works. ✨

A special mention from our animals too—they’re definitely going to miss all the extra treats you’ve been sneaking them! We think a diet might be on the cards 🐐🐑

We’re also sorry that the sunflowers haven’t put on quite the show they usually do this year. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans, and it’s one of those things we simply couldn’t control. We really appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.

Please keep tagging us in your photos—we absolutely love seeing your memories at Springfield, and we can’t wait to see you all again soon 🌸🌻🌼

🌒Just a polite notice for those coming to our eclipse event🌒
Thank you so much for booking to come to the flowers and to watch the eclipse at the farm!
We have been inundated with messages/calls asking for eclipse glasses-
We only have limited pairs of eclipse glasses for sale - on the gate only, not before.
Sadly we were not prepared to supply them to everyone as we did also not foresee there being such a shortage. So please bring some with you if you can find some or bring a pin hole projector (loads of ways to make them on YouTube) - ideally a group/family attending will have 1 or 2 of both projectors and glasses.
Most importantly please come and enjoy the event, pick some beautiful flowers, visit our gorgeous farm animals and take some wonderful pictures! We will have snacks, cakes and hot and cold drinks on offer.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

The partial solar eclipse on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 will be visible across Marwood. Local twilight coverage will reach roughly 95% obscuration.
The event begins around 6:17 PM and hits a maximum peak at approximately 7:13 PM and concludes around 8:06 PM just before sunset.

Experience the eclipse and then a beautiful sunset all in one evening 😍🌅

We are so excited to be opening the fields up for this exciting event! Grab a blanket lie down in the fields to observe this wonderful eclipse!

We will have eclipse glasses available on the gate if you haven’t got any yet!
