Newsflash! Just because our food is gluten free, it doesn’t mean it’s only for coeliacs and gluten intolerant diners.

I speak personally, as someone who is in a relationship with a coeliac person, that there’s nothing more depressing than cardboard pizza and sawdust bread with all sense of fun sucked out of it. That’s why our goal, beyond just making gluten free food, is to make delicious meals we are proud to share.
