🌶️ 🥭 MANGO CHILLI IS BACK 🥭 🌶️

This month we’ve brought back the mango chilli from last years summer and we’ve changed the sauce that goes with it to a beautiful hot honey BBQ sauce (as you may have seen on our previous post).

The scotch egg itself is sweet-savoury with the smooth sweetness of the mango jam and the savouriness of the diced chilli’s and coriander to give it that little warmth it needs to make the flavours pop.

The BBQ sauce is a super smooth and smoky BBQ with just the right amount of sweetness, heat, and it’s bursting with flavour!

Well be there at the usual times:

🇮🇳 🐑 LAMB BIRYANI IS BACK! 🐑 🇮🇳

Our new and improved lamb biryani recipe is on the menu this week and it might just be one of our new favourites!

Slow cooked and pulled lamb mixed into rice, spices galore, and a Raita sauce pairing to cool it all off and keep the flavours dancing on your tongue. This you do not want to miss!

Italian sausage is becoming a flavour I just can’t get enough of and it’s very popular so it’s staying on for the time being also

We’re at the Barton Saturday Market at the usual times:

We’re rotating Apple and sage back into the menu this month in place of black pudding. We’ve tried to rework the recipe a little to give a little more bite to the apples and we’ve added more of them too.

🍷 🧄 🌶️ Notes of red wine, fennel, and garlic with a small kick to keep all these amazing flavour combinations relaying even after eating.

🍅 🌿 🍾 The marinara goes perfectly with it too to both soothe the spice, and bring a fruity freshness to your taste buds.

Other than that, not too much changing. Black pudding is still on the menu seasonally and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
