🇮🇹 LAST MONTH FOR ITALIAN SAUSAGE 🇮🇹

Same menu as last month as they are extremely popular flavours. However after this month i will replace the Italian sausage with something else until at least February but probably longer.

Last market was very busy and we sold out fairly fast so remember, if you want your pick of the bunch come down early!

One of our favourites is back for an extra long autumn because we can never wait long enough to add it to the menu.

The crispiness of the pancetta, the smokiness of the bacon, the rich sweetness of the maple syrup poured into a beautifully runny egg yolk. It’s a divine pairing!

We’ll be attending the Barton Saturday market as usual 01/08. Be there early if you don’t want to miss out on your favourites.

🔥 🥚HOT SCOTCH EGGS 🥚🔥

We are thrilled to be attending the Baysgarth 50th Anniversary Gala this Saturday (11th July), where we will be serving our scotch eggs HOT for the first time ever!!

We will have 3 flavours available For this event:

🧄 🌿 GARLIC AND HERB 🌿 🧄
served with a mustard mayo
🇮🇹 ITALIAN SAUSAGE 🇮🇹
served with a cooling marinara
🥭🌶️ MANGO CHILLI 🌶️ 🥭
served with a hot honey bbq sauce

If you love our sauces you’re in luck 🍀, all sauces will be available to buy so you can enjoy however you like.

Sadly no vegetarian egg will be available this time as it’s our first time serving them hot, still feel free to pop by, say hi, maybe even get some fries 🍟

Make sure you come down to Baysgarth School to enjoy your scotch egg hot, perhaps even with fries and a drink 🤷

We will be serving 10am- 4pm alongside other local vendors and plenty of entertainment.

As per request, I’ve brought chorizo back as lots of people have told me they missed it. Being served with a “pico de gallo” style salsa, it’s perfect for summer. A little hot, a little chewy, and the salsa is fresh and full of vibrant colours and flavours.

I’d also like to use this opportunity to remind all of you, we will be doing the Baysgarth 50th Anniversary Gala next week on Saturday (11th July).

This will be THE FIRST EVER HOT FOOD that we have done. We will be doing hot scotch eggs, sauces, fries, and drinks.

We are very excited to be taking part in such an event and we are grateful for the opportunity Baysgarth has provided in order for us to trial hot food.

We’ll see you at this Saturdays market in Barton from 8am-1pm or until we sell out!
