Welcome my friends! �I’m Emms & I’m so happy to have you here.I’m a mum of two, engaged to their daddy, an Artist, a little bit witchy, spiritual & bonkers �I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease about 11 years ago. On a daily bases I live with fatigue, pain & have around 5/6 useable hours a day, which I really try to make the most of. I also live with anxiety & mild depression. I am unapologeticall

y medicated for all the above �I’ve come out of a really dark place and I’m proud to share what has helped me alongside what makes me laugh, my truth & my passion, my art �
