In Search of the Elusive Sukuti
Dear Customer,
Before Jomsom, did you ever try to smuggle Sukuti through the airport customs? I am sure we have all done it at some point simply because we just couldn’t buy them here.
As much we Nepalese pride ourselves on our ubiquitous courage on the battlefield, we are extremely proud of our wide array of magical cuisines, and Sukuti without a doubt occupies a special place in the heart especially when you have to miss it needlessly like an old flame!
So we, a small but passionate team at Jomsom took it upon us to find the answer. Of course besides being a neat business, more importantly it was a serious mission of the palate!
