Running a BBQ business is hard.

We had a very busy summer and pushed through it, but honestly...sometimes we have moments where we just feel stuck.

Lots of things needed repairing after summer, meat keeps getting more expensive, we still don’t have our own unit or staff and there are so many costs behind the scenes.

But somehow, we’re still here. ❤️

Can’t believe we’re running our business with two small smokers… 😂 (picture)

Maybe one day we’ll find the right unit and get that massive smoker…

We already have a name for it, so it must be waiting for us somewhere in the future. 🔥

Never be afraid to ask for a BIG tray! 🔥

Sometimes customers ask us to make a big tray with the meats they want and we’re happy to do it. 🤤

These trays are a little pricier because there’s more meat, so they’re not something we keep on our regular menu.

If you are interested, just ask us at one of our pop-ups for more brisket and pork!🔥
