This Saturday we celebrate Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, First Harvest, and Feast of Bread. It is an ancient festival celebrated on August 1st that marks the start of the grain harvest and the exact mid point between the Summer solstice and autumn equinox. We encourage you to gather to honour this celebration with friends and family and enjoy the abundance of this time of year. We will be serving our delicious lamb flatbreads, garden tarts, cakes and ice cream, alongside our cider, with or without blackcurrant, local ales and ice cold wine. We will be marking the occasion by making a beautiful floral mandala later in the day, which we would love your help with. All welcome, Free entry xx

Afternoon all, we hope you are surviving this heat?! The weather looks lovely for Saturday and a little less hot. We will be open for iced cider, delicious food, ice cream, afternoon tea and we should have some flowers for sale too. Free entry. All welcome, from 1pm. Afternoon all, just reminder that we aren’t open tomorrow due to the Bath University open day. It all gets pretty bonkers up here with traffic and parking. Our online shop is open (link in bio) and we will be back open on Saturday 20th June for a midsummer and Fathers Day celebration. Until then…..x

We are very excited to announce that will be joining us in the barn on Saturday 6th June.

Mike Dennis is a classically-trained violinist whose boyhood love of Run DMC, Beastie Boys and Gangstarr led him to create a unique kind of string-heavy hip hop music he refers to as Violinica.”Violin in hand and a multitude of effects and loop pedals at his feet, he builds up to a string and percussion crescendo before opening his mouth and… wow!
