A fresh batch of Chirp which is absolutely signing with Freestyle Hops Motueka & Neslon Sauvin. 🐥 🎶

Of course it’s ever evolving as all of our b**rs are, that’s how we improve after all. This batch is leaning more into the Nelson Sauvin which might give you more notes of white grape. 🍇

Chirp has become a favourite amongst our customers over the last year as it’s firmly cemented its place amongst our core range. 🌺

☔️ it’s absolutely lashing outside and we are brewing our first stout after autumn abruptly landed on the farm. 🍂

We’ve teamed up with our favourite ethical coffee sources / roasters Easy Jose Coffee to brew a beautiful base stout with their coffee in mind. ☕️

We’ll be steeping their Yaguara, Mayni Darker Roast post ferm as we look to extract dark chocolate, hazlenut and blood orange from their wonderful Peruvian coffee. 🇵🇪

Oh, and we switched up the usual burgers for bacon and sausage baps as Barny had to dash, cheers Somer Valley Farms 😋

Keep your eyes peeled for this one early November. ✅

🏔️ Hold tight, it’s Frackl #002 x Garston Hops 🐣

A luxurious DIPA showcasing some cracking hops from a farm in a remarkable place. 🧗

Tucked away in the heartland of the South Island of New Zealand, their farm was once home solely to sheep. We share a similar farming background to the McNamee family. 🐑

Frackl #002 is stacked full of Garston Hops Riwaka, Motueka and NZ Cascade bringing explosive ruby grapefruit and sticky tropical fruits. 🥭

This collaboration showcases two farms 18,800km apart with similar diversification stories. Get stuck in. 🧑‍🌾

Limited 20L kegs available on our Sellar store.

SOMER VALLEY x PALINDROME 🚣

Met these beauts at this years Friends Fest at Drop Project as a couple of newbies to the festival and invited them down to the farm for a collab.

We’ve gone for a DDH Pale with some delightful Crosby Hops Idaho7 CGX leading up front supported nicely by some NZ editions.

Keep your eyes peeled for a London launch as we hit the big smoke. Barsh. 😍

🌾🐣 FRACKL #001 HAS HATCHED 🐣🌾

Meet the first release in our new IPA series, showcasing some of the best hops we can get our hands on.

Frackl #001 is a 6.2% NZIPA packed with a trio of New Zealand heavy hitters: Eggers Special, Nelson Sauvin & Superdelic.

Expect punchy tropical fruit, flashes of juicy stone fruit and a hit of candied citrus, all wrapped up in a soft, hazy body.

The first of many. Available now in The Welly | Craft B**r Taproom & Sharing Plates in Bath and on the webshop from Monday.

SOMER VALLEY X COPPER BEECH

We had the pleasure of having Copper Beech Brewing Company on the farm a few weeks back to brew the return collab of the summer.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Dan, Patch and Sam over the last 6 months. As well as good mateys they’ve supported our b**rs strongly at The Oil Basin so if you’re in Worcester and fancy a pint of Somer Valley then look no further.

We went with a West Coast IPA packed full of Mosaic, Simcoe & Columbus but more on the b**r later in the week.

Releasing to trade next week, there’s a limited amount of stock so act quick ⚡️

Cans on the webshop from Monday. 📅
