Chef Niki has been working in the catering industry for over 7 years when she was diagnosed with Celiac decease. The gluten allergy is a very significant element in everyones life as the choices of things you can eat suddenly shrinks to a very limited number of things. She took this as a challenge a
nd managed to amend all recipes to deliver the same food you would normally eat. This initiative proved to be so successful that she now runs her own business making cakes and all kinds of sweet goodies. She takes great passion delivering every single order where we also welcome customisation requirements so you can have just the thing you love. On the top of delivering gluten free products we also can cater for other allergies of course. Nowadays we supply many coffees and restaurants with daily fresh products and we have also grown our customer list with non allergic buyers who just like the home made fresh cakes.
