Battle Country Market is a co-operative, started with the WI in 1919, requested by the government to assist with a food crisis. We are now a separate organisation from the WI, we make what we sell. From cakes to knitted garments, honey and eggs, all is produced to comply with food hygeine and labelling legislation . Open Fridays only 10.00 - 11.30 every week. We usually close for a couple of weeks break in January.
