21st Birthday celebrations in Salisbury for 100 guests and what a brilliant night it turned out to be. Great atmosphere, a happy crowd and food that went down perfectly from the first serving. A proper milestone party with plenty of smiles and spotless plates all evening.🎊⭐🐷

This was the perfect setting for Saturday’s wedding with 80 guests enjoying a relaxed, happy day.

Our Southern Slow was front and centre with pork, beef and chicken all going down a treat. Mac and cheese, potatoes and a fresh green salad finished the table beautifully and the plates came back spotless, congratulations to the happy couple 🐷😍

Roy & Kara’s wedding at Purbeck House Hotel & Louisa Lodge , Swanage 💍🌊

What a feast this one was. Guests were welcomed with canapés including halloumi, sausages, fish and chips, and duck wraps before moving on to a full Southern Slow spread of beef, chicken, and pork with potatoes, corn, coleslaw, and all the trimmings.

This was a wedding feast done properly. Guests started with canapés including halloumi, sausages, fish and chips, and duck wraps before moving on to a Southern Slow spread of beef, chicken, pork, potatoes, corn, coleslaw, and all the extras.

With 80 guests celebrating, there was plenty of food, plenty of laughter, and a fantastic atmosphere all day long.

The message we received afterwards made it even better:

"Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team. Food was unbelievable Saturday, especially the canapés, and still eating the leftovers now!"

Sunday Southern Slow birthday party 🔥

A brilliant feast wit slow roasted beef, chicken and lamb, plus mac and cheese, coleslaw, Greek salad and all the favourites on the side.
