EASTER SUNDAY AT CRUST & COW CO 🐣🔥
We’re cooking something special this Easter, built around bold BBQ flavours and seasonal produce.
– BBQ Lamb Rump
– Local Porchetta, slow cooked with crispy crackling
– lemon thyme chicken
– Wild Garlic Mash
– Charred Hispi Cabbage, miso butter
– BBQ Charred Carrots, sweet heat glaze, lemon, herbs, whipped goat’s curd
– Apple, Fennel & Mustard Slaw
– Wild Garlic Chimichurri & red wine jus
Big, punchy flavours, all cooked over fire.

£29 per person, eat in at The Ollerod, Beaminster (will be served on a board with plates) or £25 takeaway per person - prepayment will be required for takeaway bookings.
