Many of these plate dates back to the 1960s, so I was very nervous drilling holes in them to create cake stands! No casualties thankfully!

Classic Afternoon Tea
How good does a classic afternoon tea look on this gorgeous Willow tea set?
This beautiful set belonged to my gran and it brings back lovely memories everytime I use it 🥰
When we visited she would make make us lunch which was usually toast and banana followed by a home made classic from her Bero recipe book.
The madeira cake was a firm favourite.

This classic afternoon tea includes
● 4 finger sandwiches with a choice of fillings.
● Homemade sausage roll
● Plain or Sultana scones with jam and clotted cream.
● A selection of desserts and cakes
● Fresh Strawberries
Available to order for home afternoon tea parties with vintage china set up.

A lovely day spoiling a a dear friend before the birth of her 2nd son. The idea of Goodness Gracious Teas originated on this day back in February. Doesn't everyone love a good afternoon tea? Even better when you don't have to travel into town for it or vacate the table after 2 hours. Added benefit of BYOB! 🍾
