Happy Fryday!!!

It’s a slight change of scenery for me this evening as I am doing a shift in our sister shop - The Trawler. Don’t worry though as you’re being left in the safe hands of our amazing team. 🥰

One of the things we are most proud of is being able to class ourselves as a family business, our lives now revolve around the chip shop world and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We are so lucky to work together and to also have our extended family behind us lending a helping hand and support.

It’s a privilege to work alongside my daughter, Hannah, who is one of the hardest working young ladies I know. Christie always comments on the fact that we never have a crossed word!!

Being such a close wee team has enabled us to move forward as a business with the purchase of ‘next door’ and the plans really taking off.

Tonight is the last evening of the Pipe band so make sure to pop down a visit and support the dancers and pipe band. We love the buzz it brings to the square and have really enjoyed watching it this summer.
