As some of you may be aware, Baileys is not my only job. Exactly 1 week ago, Suffolk suffered one of the most devastating disaster in many years with the fire that ravaged Dunwich Heath. Hundreds of firefighters from Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and countless other counties, supported by countless other agencies, local farmers and charities have come together working long hours in arduous conditions to tackle this blaze, which, to a lesser severity, is still an ongoing incident. This year will be my 21st year of being a member of and I am extremely proud of the dedication, resilience, professionalism and positive spirit that has been shown by everyone involved. As I’ve mentioned this is still an ongoing incident and the fire service is reminding people that the area is still out of bounds to the public for their safety. 🚒👩🏻🚒🧑🏿🚒👨🏻🚒🚒
