We like to share some amazing pictures made by our staff and volunteers with you. From show jumping goats (great escapers), the biggest potato we ever have grown to the egg collection from the conveyor belt. Remember, if you like to see what we do at the farm than come and visit our Open Farm Day on Sunday 13 September from 11.00 till 15.00. Refreshments, PYO cutflower garden, farmshop stocked with local and farm grown produce, farm walks, meet the farm animals but above all, we have an information stall to answer any queries about volunteering opportunities how to access the care farm for day placements, how to sign up for our box scheme and much more. Beccles Farmers Market, HERE WE COME! A bit of spare time this evening so up we went on the tractor and lifted some rows of main crop potatoes. Monsters and a good yield. Come and get these beauties from our farmers market stall this Saturday between 9.00 and 13.00 or from tomorrow onwards in our farm shop. Happy toasties, baking potatoes and chippies.

We love to treat our goats with some shrub branches with lush leaves. Especially when there is little grass for them.

It feels that the season is changing with the days getting shorter and nice cool in the mornings. Perfect conditions for harvesting. It will be Beccles Farmers Market this Saturday from 9.00 till 13.00. Come and see us at our stall with plenty of seasonal produce to include late summer leeks, desiree maincrop potatoes and much more. Support your local growers and buy local. Our farm shop and PYO cutflower garden are open from Monday till Saturday from 10.00 till 16.00.

Oh, blimey the time has gone quickly again, and we have been busy harvesting our produce. Great team work and lovely in the great outdoor farm environment. Picking climbing french beans, runner beans, plums and fields of brown & red onions.

Not long now before our Open Farm Day on Sunday 13 September from 11.00 til 15.00. A day full of games, attractions, information stall, meet the farm animals, display of farm machinery, farm walks, refreshments, BBQ, music entertainment and more. Our PYO cutflower garden will be open for you to pick your own flower bunches. Bring your family and friends in support of Clinks Care Farm. See you in two weeks time.

What do we do on Sundays? Rest, admin, planning and field inspections. We have been keeping a close eye out in the squash & pumpkins fields. Despite the drought and heat of late, they are doing exceptionally well. Our box scheme and farmshop customers will be well pleased with the results, thanks to the hard and dedicated work to detail by the growing team. Look at them.

The week has gone quickly with weather changing to our benefit and all the farm related tasks. We harvested our first apples, a bit of fun with the kids and so much more

Let us introduce you to our 'Baby Pointers', a spontaneous regrowth of clusters after we had harvested pointed cabbages. Delicious and tender, ideally for small house holders and frying in butter with garlic. Try it out and enjoy these little Baby Pointers.

Our farmshop and PYO cutflower garden will be open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 till 16.00.

Hooray and a real joy it was working in the polytunnels harvesting our juicy and tasty tomatoes mid day. It's much cooler than a few days ago. Tomatoes freshly picked and now in our farmshop and vegetable boxes.
