What a lovely day we had at Gluten Free Summer Festival in celebration of the group's 21st birthday ๐Ÿฅณ

Thank you to everyone that came and grabbed some bakes. We love these opportunities to meet new customers and also to meet people who have ordered online but not bought from us in person. We appreciate every single one of you ๐Ÿฅฐ

We'll be introducing you to more new bakes. Some improved versions of the new cookies from last week. Custard Cream Cookie Toast will be back. Hands down one of the best menus we've done ๐Ÿคค

First look at some new cookies we tried this week - Cake Stuffed Cookie & Almond Croissant Stuffed Cookie ๐Ÿช

Trying out new bakes is always nerve-wracking. I've not made a sponge in 15 years and I should have let it cool more before trying to form the balls as the heat made the colour from the sprinkles leach. The frangipane in the almond cookie tasted nice but the cookie needed more flaked almonds to get the effect we were going for ๐Ÿฅ

We intended to do a pop up at tomorrow but there's an event on with the church in Pontyclun and we don't want to hijack it. We'll arrange another pop up soon ๐Ÿ“†
