Issue 003 of 'The Stories of Our Trailblazers' is here, featuring none other than Andy Olive of Appy Days Catering

Andy has been a Trailblazer customer for over 10 years, and during that time he has returned again and again as the business has grown.

Today, Appy Days operates a whopping fleet of 7 Trailblazers.

But make no mistake, Andy’s route to where he is today has been anything but straightforward.

A food truck scam. An unsafe gas conversion. A catering van breaking down, leaving him stranded at the roadside. And, as if that wasn’t enough, a garage fire completely destroyed his first Trailblazer just days before one of the biggest events he had booked.

Andy’s journey has been a bit like a gruelling 12-round fight. Plenty of people would have thrown in the towel long before the championship rounds.

Andy didn’t.

This is a story about resilience, taking the knocks and refusing to stay down.

So ere we go again people.Actually my favourite event of the year.Anything to do with Reggae and music is right up our street.The cherry on the cake is it’s as always being hosted by my pals The Woodman Ruislip and you couldn’t ask for better hosts from the kids behind the bar,Bella,Emma,Eva,Katie,Phoebe,Josh and Billy, bar to the management in the one and only Antonia Mitchell aka Toni (believe me to this bar she is the glue that holds it all together)and the Don,the guvnor,the legend,the lord,the emperor,the dude,the guvnor,the geeeeeeezer aka my mate Steve Banks.And as always we are thrilled to be giving it large with the punters Graham O'connor Karen Bolson Tim Bolson Michael Bryant Lou 💕 and steve(🤞)Looking forward to it all.Big Love…………Appy Days Aye!

Confirmation we’ve been waiting for today from our client.It started of at a possible 400 meals,it then moved up to 500 then shortly followed to 550 meals.Appy Days.A couple of weeks later we was told it could be 800 and today we get the confirmation.The total number of meals for Saturday week is 850.Thats .850 meals in 4 hours.There is only one machine for that job and that is the Trailblazer BBQ - Towable BBQs aka the blazer.And there is only one company that can cope with 850 meals in 4 hours and that is the one and only 🅐🅟🅟🅨 🅓🅐🅨🅢 .You want the best people ,then give us a shout……………Appy Days Aye!

The current buns back,a days cleaning done,the smoker smoking away,the Appy days speaker is smashing out the amazing sound of reggae and the Appy Days bar is ready and waiting Appy Tuesday people………….Appy Days Aye!

Wow wow wow what can I say about that overwhelming exhausting weekend .Fun was ad,and records was ripped up(what did you expect,Appy was there)so so much food was chargrilled on the amazing Trailblazer BBQ - Towable BBQs,steaks,home made burgers(best burgers you will ever taste in your lifetime)and home made pulled brisket along with our loaded dogs just flew out.It was just incredible.As for at Penton Marina in Chertsey,well it was just a different league altogether.And Appy Days was there giving it large with our chargrilled menu.The whole weekend was just mind blowing.Now to spend the week sorting these lot out and getting em back to looking fine and dandy for yet another hectic week of fun days,pub days,footie tournaments,brewery’s and corporates…………..Appy Days Aye! #😂😂😂😂
